With more than 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Pernice demonstrates a passionate commitment to excellence in both his restaurants that have defined the standard of hospitality on Roswell’s historic bustling Canton Street as well as amongst the outside-the-perimeter community.
Intimately involved in the day to day operations of the business, the Roswell native is most proud of having built spots his friends, family, and neighbors, can call “neighborhood gems.”
“This is an incredible honor, and we are thrilled to be nominated alongside fellow restaurateurs and chefs that inspire us every day in this challenging but rewarding business,” Pernice said. “Having opened our doors just four short years ago, we take it day by day, working hard to provide our guests with a place they can relax, surrender their troubles, and enjoy our attention and hospitality.”
While Table & Main offers Southern classics and Osteria Mattone features authentic Italian dishes, both are equally rooted in providing fresh local ingredients sourced from nearby Georgia Farms, artisan bakers, creameries and purveyors.
Lahey’s excellence in the kitchen along with Pernice’s industry expertise has been attracting diners from across the state since the beginning, further enhancing the growing interest in the OTP lifestyle and community.
The GRACE Awards will host an exclusive event, honoring the leaders who have made outstanding contributions to Georgia’s restaurant industry, at the Foundry at Puritan Mill in Atlanta.
At the event, winners for the award will be announced along with the winners of the other nomination categories.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank, whose mission is to fight hunger by engaging, educating, and empowering the community.
