Roswell’s Slip-N-Slide Extravaganza Returns Saturday

Roswell's Slip-N-Slide Extravaganza will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday at Roswell's Leita Thompson Memorial Park.

ROSWELL, GA — Bring the whole family out to Roswell’s Slip-N-Slide Extravaganza, and slip-sliding away into the summer from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday at Roswell’s Leita Thompson Park, 1200 Woodstock Road.

This free event will offer three slides, slide down one of two 200-foot slides or slip down the 50-foot slide. Cool treats will be available for purchase. Participants are encouraged to bring their towels and inner tubes, but that is optional.

This event is free, but reservations are required. Tickets must be reserved in advance for anyone who plans to slide. Sliders will receive a wristband upon entry to the event. Time slots are for one hour. If extra time slots are available the day of the event, participants may register on-site for additional slide time. Time slots can be reserved online.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to sign a waiver on-site. Free parking is available on-site. On-site donations are welcome and will benefit Roswell's Adaptive Camps for Kids with Disabilities and Star House.
