Roswell Seeks Input On Comprehensive Plan Update

Roswell, GA -- Residents and stakeholders are invited to attend Roswell’s third community meeting for the 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update.

The next meeting will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Jan. 21 in Room 220 at Roswell City Hall.

This open-house style session will cover key issues and trends in the community, needs and opportunities for the plan and policies to consider, along with a formal presentation that explains the purpose of and process for the 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update.

Attendees will also participate in the Future Development Map exercise, where they will visually illustrate their preferences for future development throughout the city.

Anyone who would like to complete the exercise, but cannot make the Jan. 21 meeting can participate by visiting www.roswellgov.com/CompPlan. The deadline to submit the exercise is Friday, Jan. 29.

Feedback from first three community meetings and the Future Development Map exercise will be incorporate into the Draft Plan Update, which will be presented during two community meetings planned for March 2 and 3. During those meetings, attendees will be able to offer final comments and thoughts before the plan is finalized.
