Before launching her job search coaching company, RightChanges, 9 years ago, Judi was a 20+ year veteran of the information technology industry.

While working for software and consulting companies, Judi worked with diverse and notable corporations and industries including: AutoTrader.com, BellSouth, CSX Transportation, Home Depot, Lockheed Missile and Fire Control, NASA at Kennedy Space Center and many more.

In every job Judi held over the years, the most satisfying aspects of each position were identifying and
implementing process improvements and developing staff through mentoring and training.

Judi began coaching job seekers in 2002 in a volunteer capacity following an eight-month job transition
of her own. During that transition she discovered how much the job market had changed and the
successful approach to landing that next job. In 2009 she left IT behind and launched her own company,
RightChanges, providing an affordable solution to help individuals land a job they want!

In addition to coaching job seekers and speaking at area networking events, Judi has appeared on TV
and radio, authored an Amazon hottest new release titled Found a Job Yet? And Other Questions NOT to
Ask! and publishes job search articles that are read worldwide. RightChanges is a preferred
outplacement solution for one of the area’s leading non-profits and leads workshops at major local
universities.

We look forward to seeing you on January 22, 2018.
