Roswell Woman Found Dead Outside Her Home

ROSWELL, GA -- Roswell police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found Tuesday afternoon outside her home.

The woman's body was found in her front yard of her home in the 500 block of Tyson Circle, which is off Old Alabama Road east of S.R. 400.

"We are treating it as a homicide," said Roswell police spokesperson Lisa Holland. "However we do not know the cause of death at this time."

Detectives are waiting for the Fulton County medical examiner to arrive on the scene.

The woman, Holland notes, appears to be in her 40's. Police were notified when a resident inside the home called 911.

"The relationship between the person that called 911 and the deceased are unknown right now," she added.
