Roswell Youth Theatre Presents 'Alice in Wonderland JR.'

From Roswell Youth Theatre: Roswell Youth Theatre invites you to travel down the rabbit hole with one of literature’s most beloved heroines in Alice in Wonderland JR. at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center on March 30 and 31.

Alice in Wonderland JR. features updated songs from the thrilling animated motion picture and will be a fast pace take on the classic tale. The ever-curious Alice’s journey begins innocently as she chases the White Rabbit who is late for a very important date. Her adventure becomes increasingly unusual as she races the Dodo Bird, is tied up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, raps with a bubble-blowing Caterpillar, and defeats the Queen of Hearts at her own game! Alice in Wonderland JR. is an exciting show that will bring out the child like imaginations of each audience member.

Shows will take place on March 30 at 7 p.m. and March 31 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at www.tututix.com/roswellyouththeatre/for $12.

Roswell Youth Theater (RYT) is a program of the Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department and produces one musical and one play each year. RYT productions are open to youth ages 8 to 18 who are selected by audition. Alice in Wonderland JR. is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.
