Run For The Young Race Will Have Impact On Roswell Traffic

The Run for the Young with Cancer 5K/10K will affect certain roads in Roswell next Saturday.

Residents should expect delays from approximately 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12.
Both the 10 K, which starts at 7:30 a.m., and the 5K, which gets underway at 7:45 a.m., will start at King’s Court Chapel, located at 9435 Willeo Road in Roswell.

The race route will affect Willeo Road and Azalea Drive. Specifically:
- Willeo Road will be closed to northbound traffic from ByWater Trail to Marietta Highway from 7:15 a.m. to about 9:30 a.m.
- Azalea Drive will be closed to eastbound traffic from Willeo Road to Atlanta Street/Highway 9 from 7:15 a.m. to approximately 9:20 a.m.
