6th District Race: Polling Place Changes in North Fulton

Fulton County said "unforeseen circumstances" forced it to change 12 locations for the June 20 special election runoff.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- "Unforeseen circumstances" have forced Fulton County to change polling locations for the 6th Congressional District runoff special election slated for June 20.

The county has mailed 109,296 notification letters to households affected by the sudden decision, and north Fulton residents are strongly encouraged to verify if this will impact their trip to the polls, the county noted.

Each affected eligible 6th Congressional District voter will also receive a new voter registration card, the county added. All concerned residents are urged to check on-line to find out if the changes would affect their poll on Election Day.
