Suspect Wanted in Roswell Hotel Shooting

The Roswell Police Department has taken out arrest warrants for a suspect wanted in connection to a weekend shooting at a hotel.

The shooting occurred Saturday, Nov. 22 at Atlanta Hotel, which is at 9995 Old Dogwood Road. According to a Facebook post by the agency, an argument “escalated to a subject being shot in the leg.”

Police on Tuesday canvassed the Ashley Forest apartments off Nesbit Ferry Road in an effort to locate Reginald Dunning, 21, who is wanted on aggravated assault charges.

Dunning, who police say is “armed and dangerous,” is described as a black male who is 6’3’’ tall, weighs around 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
