System Maintenance Will Take Some Roswell Services Offline

ROSWELL, GA — On Thursday, the city of Roswell will perform network services maintenance and key online and in-person payment methods will be unavailable to the public at that time.

The maintenance is scheduled for 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. April 12 and the following city services will be down during this time frame:

Online Payments/Services

• Property Tax Payments
• Utility Billing Payments
• City Employee Email
• Online Employment Application
• GIS Map Viewer
• Recreation & Parks Registration
• Vendor Self-Service

In-person Payments

• Point of Sales (River Landing and all Historic Homes)
• Recreation & Parks Registration Payments

Please note that business license payments are available online at www.roswellpay.com. Payments set up through bank auto-pay will not be affected and will be processed as usual. If you have questions or concerns, contact the city of Roswell at 770-641-3727 during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
