Trace Your Ancestry at Barrington Hall
Senior Atlanta History Center archivist Sue Verhoef will lead the course, which will be held July 14 through Sept. 1 in Roswell.

ROSWELL, GA -- A home that's part of the city of Roswell's Southern Trilogy will kick off a genealogy course next month.
Tracing Your Ancestry, which will be led by an Atlanta History Center archivist, will be held on eight consecutive Thursday evenings from July 14 to Sept. 1 at Barrington Hall.
Sue Verhoef, who serves as a senior archivist at the Buckhead museum, has been researching her own family history for more than 30 years and has presented genealogy workshops for many groups and institutions.

Verhoef is a senior archivist with the Kenan Research Center at the Atlanta History Center, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of West Georgia where she teaches United States history classes in Newnan and Carrollton.
The cost of the course is $125 per person. The course will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on July 14, 21, and 28; Aug. 4, 11, 19, and 25; and Sept. 1. Advance registration is required.
