Turkey Trot Set For Thanksgiving In Roswell

ROSWELL, GA — Work off some delicious food you'll enjoy on Thanksgiving at the third annual Turkey Trot 5K and 1 mile Fun Run in Roswell.

Get your running shoes ready for the entire community to come together for the Thanksgiving morning Turkey Trot.

The Brookfield Country Club HOA and Brookfield Country Club are joining again to provide a fun filled Thanksgiving Day morning. Last year, more than 300 neighbors and families enjoyed the race.

There will be music, fun activities for kids after the fun run, and a coffee bar at the race, 100 Willow Run Rd, Roswell, GA 30075.

Race details:

• Fun Run: $5 held at 8 a.m.
• 5K: $15 held at 8:30 a.m.
• Registration fee: $15 for 5K; $5 for fun run

T-shirts will available Wednesday at Brookfield Country Club from 4-7 p.m., or can be picked up on race day.

T-shirts will be available for three weeks after race day.

All proceeds from the race will be donated to Wellspring Living Women's Academy. You can also bring canned goods to help restock the local Community Assistance Center.
