What's Open, Closed in Roswell on the 4th of July?

ROSWELL, GA -- If you're thinking about taking the rest of the week off and waiting until Monday to take care of any business you may have with your local government, then you may want to tweak that plan.

That's because city of Roswell as well as Fulton County government offices will close July 4th in observance of Independence Day.

If you're a city of Roswell residential waste customer, you won't have to wait an extra day to have your trash collected. The city's provider will maintain its normal schedule on Independence Day.

Operations for the city and county will return to normal on Tuesday, July 5.

Offices for the Fulton County School System and the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System, including the Roswell and East Roswell branches, will also close up shop on Monday.
