Woman Falls 30 Feet Off Cliff at Roswell Park

A woman is recovering from injuries sustained when she fell off a cliff at Vickery Creek Park in Roswell.

Emergency crews responded around 1:30 p.m. Sunday to the park, which is part of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.

The 29-year-old victim suffered “non-life threatening” injuries in the fall, which was roughly 30 feet, said Roswell Fire Marshal Paul Piccirilli.

Piccirilli said the woman was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
