YES! Chiropractic care for children!
The Ollena Center teams up with Dr. Kadria Griffiths to offer chiropractic care as an option for children with learning disabilities.

I recently had the good pleasure to meet Dr. Kadria Griffiths of Discover Health Chiropractic in Sandy Springs, http://godiscoverchiro.com/. Dr. Griffiths is a Chiropractor whose practice specializes in treating pregnant women and children, although Dr. Griffiths treats all people who are pursuing wellness.
Dr. Griffiths and I share a passion for helping young children and their families achieve successful outcomes in every aspect of their lives. There are many avenues to wellness, such as eating right, getting enough sleep and exercising regularly. For a child with a learning disability or one who struggles with social interactions, achieving that state of overall well-being can be elusive.
“Can chiropractic care help a child who has a learning disability, Dr. Griffiths? Please explain,” I asked.

“Chiropractic care for children offers your family a solid foundation for wellness. Throughout pregnancy, birth, and childhood, the chiropractic lifestyle offers choices and benefits for greater health and well-being. So much of a child’s progress through life is based on their ability to achieve various developmental milestones. Earlier milestones such as learning to hold up the head, sitting upright, crawling, and walking are all activities that are affected by spinal alignment. For these reasons, and many others, it is important to have your child checked by a chiropractor. The chiropractic adjustment restores the nervous system and allows the body to express a greater state of health and well-being.”
Utilizing calm and gentle adjustments, Dr. Griffiths treats young patients with autism, ADHD, delayed milestones, mood swings, poor concentration, lack of balance, and so much more.
