Mimi Hargrove is a mother, owns a non-profit organization and is now 3P’s Recruiting Manager. Truly knowing what it means to create your own success, Hargrove’s entrepreneurial drive enlightens her role in recruitment at 3P through a consultative talent management approach. She goes above and beyond by personally meeting each candidate to understand their background, career goals and expectations. This relationship-building philosophy of continual contact will allow her to further refine the 3P experience.
Samantha Malcom joined the 3P team blazing a trail of advocacy for providing clients with staffing solutions that help them achieve their business goals. In her role as Account Executive, her focus is on creating and developing long-lasting relationships with customers by immersing herself in their culture and truly understanding their needs. Malcom is actively involved in Women in Technology and has served on the Women of the Year Awards Committee for two years.

Drew Storr joins 3P from Veredus Corporation where he brings more than a decade of experience in account management, with specific expertise in IT staffing and placement, among other industries. Storr believes he never met a stranger, which enables him to further thrive in the recruiting industry. Now serving as Account Executive at 3P, this champion-in-the-making is working to create opportunities and inspire greatness by placing candidates in the right place at the right time.
