Update: Gas Prices Run High and Low in Sandy Springs

A Sandy Springs Patch reader has reminded us of the Kroger Supermarket Fuel Program. 

A $100 purchase or more earns you a discount at the gas pump.

"Last time I got .30 off the gallon which put the price at $3.29 per gallon," said Anne, a Patch reader.

Sandy Springs gas prices have edged up recently but prices are still lower than they were a couple of months ago.

On Wednesday, unleaded gas at Quik Trip on Dunwoody Place was $3.49. Regular unleaded at Exxon, located nearby on Roswell Road at Northridge Road was the same price.

The Shell and Chevron stations across the street were $3.65 and 3.64, respectively, for unleaded gas. [the Shell station prices are always substantially higher.]
