UPS Public Relations Director Susan Rosenberg said the company is "saddened" to hear the news of its staff attorney's death. Huynh joined the corporate office last summer and "brought a vibrancy with her talent that extended to connections across Atlanta for volunteer service and advocacy to address community issues," Rosenberg added.

She was about to embark on her morning commute when her life was cut short.

"Prior to UPS, she sought varied experiences in her career that included large and small legal firm practice and travel," Rosenberg said. "UPS will cooperate with the Atlanta Police Department through its ongoing investigation as they pursue information."

Raylon Browning, 39, of Roswell, was arrested Tuesday and charged with Huynh's murder. He was booked into the Fulton County Jail on a felony murder charge as well as aggravated assault charges stemming from a stabbing of two people Sunday at an location at 1180 West Peachtree Street.

While housed at the Jail, Browning allegedly attacked another inmate without provocation. He was transferred to the jail's medical wing and was seen by another deputy biting into his left arm. Jail staff opted to transport Browning to Grady Memorial Hospital where he is being treated.

The alleged attack caused Browning to miss his first appearance in Fulton County Magistrate Court, which was scheduled to take place Wednesday morning.
