Bank of America cardholders can receive free general admission to 14 cultural attractions across Georgia September 5 - 6 through the Museums on Us® program.

Bank of America’s Museums on Us® program provides Bank of America, Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank credit and debit cardholders with free general admission to more than 225 cultural institutions nationwide on the first full weekend of each month.

For more than 25 years, Museums on Us® has expanded access to some of the nation’s leading cultural institutions while helping drive new audiences to partner museums. Cardholders can use the Museums on Us® location finder to search for participating institutions. With locations across the country, the program offers a wide range of experiences for all interests.

Old Fort Jackson

Old Fort Jacksonis a National Historic Landmark in Savannah offering daily cannon firings and interactive programs for adults, kids and families. It features historical weapons demonstrations and interactive programming for families. Daily cannon firings occur at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Pin Point Heritage Museum (Saturdays only)

At the Pin Point Heritage Museum, located in the former A.S. Varn & Son Oyster and Crab Factory in Savannah, visitors can experience the Gullah/Geechee culture firsthand. For nearly 100 years, the community of Pin Point was quietly isolated on the banks of the Moon River just south of Savannah. Now, you can explore the refurbished museum complex and experience multimedia presentations, exciting exhibits and unparalleled views of the marsh.

SCAD Museum of Art

Masako Miki 'The Garden of Wandering Spirits'

Masako Miki transforms the gallery into an immersive Japanese-inspired domestic interior that opens onto an imagined garden landscape populated by felted-wool sculptures and watercolor paintings. Her work introduces viewers to enchanted characters known as Yōkai, supernatural beings from Japanese folklore believed to inhabit everyday items and elements of nature such as umbrellas, rocks and trees.

Savannah Children's Museum

Located within the Central of Georgia Railway Carpentry Shop, Savannah Children's Museum features over a dozen exhibits designed to expand the imaginations of children including an exploration maze, a reading nook and a sensory garden.

Savannah History Museum

Located in the former Central of Georgia Railway Passenger Depot, Savannah History Museum takes you on a journey through time from Savannah’s earliest days to the present, with unique exhibits and interactive experiences for the family. Explore the city's military, musical and cultural legacy, including the new "Loyalists & Liberty: Savannah in the American Revolution" exhibit, featuring 17 expertly restored Revolutionary War-era cannons.

Present your Bank of America, Merrill, or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit card along with a photo ID to gain free general admission at participating institutions during the first full weekend of each month. Cardholders only; guests are not eligible for free admission.

The program excludes fundraising events, special exhibitions and ticketed experiences. It may not be combined with other offers. Participation varies.
