- Drivers in Chatham County school zones have been issued thousands of citations after the installation of speed cameras. In February, the County issued 2,400 tickets, which is substantially lower than the 8,000 citations issued during the first month of the camera use - September 2021. Despite the decrease, Chief Hadley is still concerned about the numbers. (WTOC)
