Quinton Simon: Mother Of Missing Georgia Toddler Speaks: Report
Leilani Simon, the prime suspect in her son's disappearance and death, told media she is not running or hiding.
SAVANNAH, GA — Wednesday will be three weeks since 20 month old Quinton Simon has disappeared, and his mother told WTOC-TV she's hopeful he is somewhere being cared for.
Authorities are searching in a landfill for Quinton, who went missing from his Buckhalter Road home Oct. 5.
Chatham County police named Leilani Simon as the prime suspect in the disappearance and death of Quinton. No charges have been filed in the case. No other suspects have been named.

According to WTOC-TV, Leilani Simon said she is not running or hiding despite being harassed.
Police have not said why they believe she is a prime suspect.
