Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy Legal Team Continues Growth Trend

Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy (www.wbmfamilylaw.com) today announced that Kynna Duncil Garner, Keith D. Siver, and Kem A. Eyo have joined the firm as associates. The family law firm has added two partners and five associates since May 2012, bringing the total number of attorneys to 15.

Ms. Garner, Ms. Eyo, and Mr. Siver have extensive experience in the field, having previously practiced with Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy partner Kathy Portnoy at the family law firm of Callner, Portnoy
& Garner.

Twice named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” by Atlanta Magazine, Ms. Garner has worked in family law since 2005, first with Murphy, Marshall & Duncil before moving to Callner, Portnoy & Garner in 2007. She received her law degree fromthe Georgia State University College of Law.

Keith D. Siver, a 1991 cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, brings to the firm a broad range of litigation experience, stemming from his work as a solo practitioner and later as a member of Alembik, Fine & Callner.

Like Mr. Siver, Ms. Eyo first began her legal career as a solo practitioner, joining Callner, Portnoy & Garner only after discovering her interest in the discipline. She is 2006 graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law.
