Cumberland Office Tower Purchased for $144.5 Million

The 700,000 sq. ft. building houses companies such as Vonage, GE, and Allstate.

An office plaza in the Cumberland Mall area was purchased for $144.5 million, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

Towers at Wildwood Plaza changed hands from CBRE Global Investors to America’s Capital Partners through the recent purchase. The Coral Gables, FL-based real estate investment company writes on its website that its mission is to “consistently identify and acquire well positioned commercial real estate investment opportunities in targeted US markets to create value for our investment partners while providing high quality, amenity rich and productive business environments for our tenants.”

Towers at Wildwood is a 700,000 sq. ft. complex that contains tenants such as GE, Vonage, and Allstate, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The $144.5 million price tag indicates a purchase price of roughly $160 per square foot.

Coca-Cola was a recent tenant at the towers, but has since relocated to SunTrust Plaza in downtown Atlanta.

The Towers at Wildwood Plaza is located at 3200 Windy Hill Road in Smyrna.
