Epidemic City Radio will perform the radio drama,"The War of the Worlds" complete with music and foley sound effects at the Smyrna Public Library 7pm on Thursday October 11, 2012. Our radio play performance series, Epidemic City Radio, is a local favorite that brings audiences back to an almost forgotten era by re-creating the sounds of the 1930s and 1940s.
The radio play is an adaptation of H. G. Wells's novel "The War of the Worlds" and was made famous by actor Orson Welles aired over the Columbia Broadcasting System radio network on October 30, 1938.
