2012 Meeting / RSVP Required:
In 2012, we will be having this meeting on January 7, 2012 from 2pm - 4pm at the Community Center in Smyrna. Because of the limited space in the community center, we will require an RSVP to attend. You must send an email to info@epidemictheatre.org with a subject of Annual Membership Meeting. Dues Payment: New & Renewing Memberships:
Membership dues can be paid at the meeting and paid via Cash or Check to the Treasurer. The amount is $35.00 per membership and is good for one year from date of payment. Those not wishing to renew their membership do not need to do anything. Memberships with a zero dollar balance will automatically expire if not renewed.
All current and potential board members and staff members must have a paid membership in order to continue to serve Epidemic Theatre Group, Inc in a leadership capacity.
Nominations for the Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors has (4) four available board positions available in 2012. Nominations for these positions should be emailed to info@epidemictheatre.org. Nominations must be received no later than December 15, 2011. The nomination does not have to be a current member, but the individual must be willing to pay dues in order to accept the nomination and receive votes.
Staff Appointments:
The Board of Directors recognizes one executive staff position with a vacancy: Executive Director. This position manages the day to day administrative duties of the organization. Applicants interested in this position should email their resume to info@epidemictheatre.org with the subject line "Executive Director". The Board will contact all qualified candidates to conduct interviews.
