An Atlanta man has bonded out of the Cobb County jail after police say he molested a teenage girl in the bathroom of the Smyrna Office Depot where he works.

Eric Lashaun Walker is accused of following the 14-year-old into the bathroom and touching her while she was undressed, a warrant obtained Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. The alleged assault took place for over 20 seconds before Walker left the bathroom.

Cobb County jail records indicate that Walker is facing charges of first degree cruelty to children, sexual battery against a child under the age of 16, child molestation, and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. Walker was released from jail on a $35,000 bond on Tuesday.

The AJC reports that when Walker was arrested Friday, he became aggressive when told what he was being accused of doing; it allegedly took four officers to subdue Walker so he could be arrested.
