Man Wanted For 3-Year-Old's Murder Arrested in Smyrna

Donnell Lindsey is accused of killing a boy in Cleveland, OH, last September. Police nabbed him on Tuesday.

SMYRNA, GA -- Police have arrested a man accused of murdering a 3-year-old boy in Cleveland, OH, last September.

U.S. marshals arrested Donnell Lindsey early Tuesday morning in Smyrna. Authorities have been searching for Lindsey ever since Cleveland homicide detectives obtained a warrant charging him with murder.

According to Cleveland.com, police believe Lindsey fired several shots in an incident that killed little Major Howard, who was in a nearby car with a female. She was struck in the leg, while the boy was struck in the chest.

Lindsey was found in a home in the 500 block of Bridge Street in Smyrna.
