New Braves Stadium Apartment Pre-Leasings to Begin in December

SMYRNA, GA — Floor plans and a pre-leasing schedule were released Wednesday for apartments next to the new SunTrust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves beginning next season.

Pre-leasings will begin in December, according to an announcement from the team.

The apartments are being developed by Pollack Shores and will be open for occupancy in March 2017.

One and two-bedroom floor plans will be available at The Residences, The Flats and Parkside at The Battery Atlanta. Some of the announced amenities include:

Parkside will include a premium clubhouse, while The Flats is the largest complex within The Battery, featuring 239.
