Officer-Involved Shooting Leaves One Dead In Cobb Parking Lot
A man was reportedly firing random shots in the Walton on the Chattahoochee apartment parking lot. The suspect was killed by police.

ATLANTA, GA -- A man who was allegedly firing a gun outside a Cobb County apartment complex Friday morning was shot and killed by police. Police were responding to reports of gunfire in the parking lot of the Walton on the Chattahoochee apartment complex.
Georgia Bureau of Investigation units are on the scene, taking over the investigation.
Akers Mill Road between Powers Ferry Road and Cumberland Boulevard were closed while police investigate.
