The District 2 Little League Tournament for 11- and 12-year-olds is being played this week at Sewell Park on Lower Roswell Road in Marietta. <a href="http://www.sllbaseball.com/index.php" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Smyrna Little League</a> is one of five teams competing and the SLL all-stars include Robert Boyd, Austin Hogan, Darius Dial, Jack McLeod, David Poulos, Devin Sargent, Christian Erege, Cameron Gabbert, Kayson Smith, Carson Brown, Ethan Roback and Jalen Springfield. Todd Brown is the manager and is assisted by coaches David Poulos and John McLeod. The team has dropped its first two games and faces East Marietta tonight at 6. Smyrna will face Murphey Candler Blue on Saturday at noon.
