Win tickets for Friday's Randy Travis show at Cobb Energy

Tickets for upcoming Cobb Energy performances by Wilco and comedian Jim Gaffigan on sale Friday

Randy Travis is coming to the Cobb Energy Center tonight as part of his 25th anniversary celebration tour. Showtime is set for 8 p.m. and tickets are still available here.

But if you want to win free tickets, then brush up on the performer's song lyrics and check out Cobb Energy’s facebook page for an 12 p.m. trivia question.

Travis released his latest album last month entitled  “Anniversary Celebration” and it features duets with the likes of Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, George Jones, Kristin Chenoweth, Don Henley and more.

Travis is expected to play songs from his new album tonight and of course many of his fan’s favorites including some of the 18 No. 1 singles he has recorded. Opening for Travis will be Nashville up and comer, Greg Bates.

Also Friday from Cobb Energy, Wilco tickets went on sale this morning for the American alternative band’s shows there on Sept. 28 and 29. Nick Lowe will open for the band.

And at noon Friday, due to demand, tickets for a second December 3 show for comedian Jim Gaffigan will go on sale. Gaffigan’s clever, quiet style has made him one of the top five most successful touring comedians in the country and his CDs and DVDs have reached platinum sales.
