There is a new class starting in September at Green Room Martial Arts; 'Chicks Kick Back' a self-defense class for girls and women. We have all heard the statistics of crimes against women and girls, I wanted to do something that would empower females to defend themselves and no longer accept being targeted for physical abuse. Chicks Kick Back is a system of karate and self-defense that uses the same moves as Nine Dragon Karate, but with amped up self-defense and situational awareness taught at each belt level. It is my sincere desire to see this become something great that will give females the tools to disable an attacker and get away from a potentially life threating situation.
