
Two-week Free Trial FitCamp Starting *NEXT WEEK* 8/27. FitCamp will run Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am. The sessions will last approximately 45 minutes. This camp is scalable to all fitness levels and is led by a CrossFit (L-1) Trainer, also certified in CPR. Meet in the parking lot at River Line Park with water, sneakers, workout clothes and yoga mat or towel (optional). The weather is finally cooling down- don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity!
