Mableton, Acworth Stores Cited For Selling Booze to Minors
The Cobb police department conducted an alcohol compliance check last week, and these stores flunked the test.
MARIETTA, GA — Cobb police conducted an under 21 compliance check on Aug 24, 2016.
During the operation, 20 establishments were checked for compliance, but the following seven stores did sell alcohol to an underage volunteer:
- Publix 5015 Floyd Road in Mableton, Georgia
- Top Shelf Liquors 5015 Floyd Road in Mableton, Georgia
- Suburban Package 299 Veterans Memorial Highway in Mableton, Georgia
- El Solecito 511 Veterans Memorial Highway in Mableton, Georgia
- Kwik Serve 1055 Veterans Memorial Highway in Mableton, Georgia
- Valero Food Mart 4357 Cobb Parkway in Acworth, Georgia
- Terrys Value Mart 4514 Cobb Parkway in Acworth, Georgia
