Subway On Austell Road Robbed

Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with the Monday night robbery.

AUSTELL, GA — Police are looking for a man who robbed an Austell Road Subway late Monday night.

According to police, the armed man entered the Subway demanding money from the employees. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the man was attempting to leave when an employee physically blocked the exit. Moments after threatening the employee, the suspect shot out a glass door before walking out of the business.

The suspect is described as a black male, between 5’09” and 5’11” tall, and in his 20’s. He had a medium build and was last seen wearing a dark hooded jacket and a white shirt over his face.
