Warrant: Mother Uses Son's Social Security Number to Get Austell Apartment

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of an Austell woman who allegedly used her 2-year-old son's Social Security number to obtain an apartment at the Forest Glen Apartment Complex.

Diane Walnees Pierre faces two counts of identity fraud in connection with the April 23 incident.

Pierre is also accused of using another woman's driver license to secure the apartment, according to an arrest warrant.
