Sillah premiered this past Thursday at the Midtown Art Cinema “Landmark Theatres”. This film features a diverse and impressive cast of Atlanta actors. Synopsis from the film’s website reads as follows:
Atlanta HEAT is an elite team of undercover detectives cleaning up the streets of the city. One of the team members, Sadie Parks, gets caught up in the corruption of taking down drug lords and pushers on the streets. Her Chief has suspicions and must create a diversion from internal affairs.
Sadie lives a double life and takes advantage of people by abusing her badge to cover up her wrong doings. As things begin to unfold and lives are compromised, she must take action. She can be cold blooded yet have a softness that fools people, including her partner. But has she compromised the team?
