Minor also ran in the two-point conversion for an 8-0 Tucker lead with 4:11 to play in the first quarter. The Tiger defense which held Mays to a minus 20 yards in the second quarter forced the Raiders into a punting situation and then forced the punter to pull the ball down and try to run to keep it from getting blocked only to give Tucker the ball at the Mays 17-yard line.
Williams finished the short drive with a one-yard sneak into the end zone to give the Tigers a 21-0 lead heading to the half. Tucker blew open the game to start the second half as Dallas Rivers, who had 10 carries for 103 yards went 57 yards on the second play of the third quarter and then Williams hooked up with Minor on a 51-yard touchdown pass as the lead ballooned to 36-0 with 3:40 left in the third period.
