Happy solstice! Welcome to Tuesday and summer. Here are some things to know about the day.
First day of summer: There's a 20 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms after 2 p.m., and the high will be about 94.
City council: There will be a public hearing at 6 p.m. on alcohol license applications for Quick Bite and Artisan Restaurant, and a called meeting, with new business regarding a lease for the art micro-enterprise program and a temporary financing agreement on the agenda. The work session will follow these.
