The weather: There's a 40 percent chance of more rain and thunderstorms, mainly after 2 p.m. The high will be about 94, but it may feel about 97 degrees.

Tell the CEO what you think: DeKalb CEO Burrell Ellis will hold a special town hall meeting on the 2011 budget at 6:30 p.m. at the conference center, DeKalb Technical College, 495 North Indian Creek Drive, Clarkston.

Know before you, well, you know: It's National HIV Testing Day.
