“This is a very important day for all of us at Park Springs,” Andy Isakson noted. “Pebblebrook at Park Springs will set new standards in the senior living industry, with its extensive use of natural light and outdoor spaces, and its welcoming design that respects the people who live here, the people who work here and all who visit.

“We have embraced the household model,” explained Isakson. “Each ‘neighorhood’ will have its own dining room with a country kitchen, a living room centered on a fireplace, and an activity area that will open into outdoor courtyards. Most importantly, consistent staffing in each neighborhood will create a family-like environment for both members and staff.”

Pam Cook, Administrator of Cobblestone/Pebblebrook at Park Springs, remarked on the thoughtful and innovative architecture and design of the new healthcare center. “However, what will be the most significant aspect of Pebblebrook at Park Springs is our wonderful staff. Ultimately, a beautiful building is just that – but it’s the people who will make Pebblebrook at Park Springs a grand success.”

Speaking of success, Brian Thomas, VP of Construction with Isakson Living, shared that Pebblebrook at Park Springs has already been recognized with a top industry honor earlier this year, the 2016 NAHB Best of 55+ Housing Gold Achievement Award for Pebblebrook at Park Springs, Best 55+ CCRC Community on the Books.
