Amid the calming neutrals in the City of Stone Mountain's new municipal building are paintings along the courtroom walls, some alive with bright reds and blues, and familiar scenes -- the heroes of the 9/11.

The artwork, commended by city council meetings at a recent meeting, is on loan from Art Station.
