Student from Lithonia Selected to Governor's Honors Program
Morgan Millon attends Woodward Academy.

Woodward Academy junior Morgan Millon, who lives in nearby Lithonia, was recently selected as a participant in the French division of the Governor's Honors Program, a four-week summer residential instructional program designed to provide intellectually gifted and artistically talented high school students.
Millon is enrolled in AP French Language and Culture courses at the Academy, the school said in an announcement.
The Georgia Governor's Honors Program is fully-funded by the Georgia General Assembly and offers challenging and enriching educational opportunities not usually available during the regular school year, according to the announcement. It operates at no cost to the participant,
