Teens Charged in DeKalb Murder to Make 1st Court Appearance
The deadly shooting happened Friday morning at the Chevron Food Mart at Redan and South Indian Creek Drive.

The three teenagers charged in the murder of a 25-year-old woman Friday morning outside a Stone Mountain gas station are set to make their first court appearance on Monday.
Shaneku McCurty was shot to death outside the Chevron Food Mart at Redan Road and South Indian Creek Drive, according to the AJC.
DeKalb police say that two brothers -- age 15 and 16 -- along with another 16-year-old have been arrested and been charged with felony murder.

The brothers turned themselves in on Friday night, police say, and the third suspect was arrested after a search involving the DeKalb Sheriff’s fugitive unit, a U.S. Marshals task force and Atlanta police.
No decision has been made regarding the teens will be charged as adults.
