• Thor Equities Plans $1B Data Center In North Georgia: The Atlanta Deal Sheet (bisnow.com) — A 245,000-square-foot flex warehouse at 1075 Satellite Blvd. in Suwanee has been sold to an LLC tied to Link Logistics for $39 million, up from $30.6 million in 2021. The deal is part of a broader wave of industrial, office, and data center activity across North Georgia that could influence jobs, tax revenues, and future development near Suwanee.
