Quiet Sunny front bedroom to rent

Nice quiet front bedroom to rent to the right person. I would normally charge $900 for this but if the right person applies I will reduce the rent to $600 a month as long as services are done for me. I am an elderly man and I want to stay in my house but I would need a tattoo to agree to help with laundry and folding the clothes cleaning as necessary some rides and a few meals and some transportation. If this sounds interesting to you please get back to me, Ralph at rawpower57@gmail.com
