Cobb EMC honors first responders

Cobb EMC recently honored firefighters and Emergency Medical Services crews at the cooperative’s second annual First Responders Appreciation Luncheon.

Sixty-four responders from communities across Cobb EMC’s five-county service area enjoyed a char-grilled steak lunch and live music from the Mars Hill Porch Pickers band. The National Anthem was performed by Alexis and Camille Fish.

Guests also received door prizes donated by Cobb EMC, Norred & Associates, Inc. and Bennett Fire Products Co., Inc.
