DESCRIPTION: The CCSSM have been the source of much debate lately. But the bigger question is about mathematical literacy. In this session we discuss the why, what, and how of math literacy.
TOPIC: RtI=Response to Inequities--Providing an Equitable Mathematics Program for All!

DESCRIPTION: One of the biggest hurdles facing math educators is providing an equitable math program. In this session we will discuss ways to respond to student inequities to provide maxiumu opportunities for learning math.

TIME: Thursday, July 11, 2PM-3PM (EST); Tuesday, August 6, 3PM-4PM (EST)
DESCRIPTION: Student performance data gets the most attention when data reports from end-of-year assessments are reviewed, which may be months after a topic was covered. In this session we will focus on the power of collecting and using data throughout the school year to guide and impact instruction.
