B. Dale Munkus, a 78-year-old from Powder Springs, passed away on Wednesday.

A graveside service is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 3 at Powder Springs Memorial Garden.

Born in Oklahoma, Munkus moved to Powder Springs 21 years ago from Kingsport, TN, according to his obituary from West Cobb Funeral Home. He was a retired minister, and he was preceded in death by his parents, Beverly Clinton Munkus and Lou Ethel Ragsdale, and a sister, Eveline Carothers.

Lyn McDaniel, Tulsa, OK

Eight grandchildren: Lexi Munkus, Rachael Munkus, Stacey Gomez, Trisha Spencer, Ashley Spencer, Adrienne Yu, Brandon Yu, and Sydney Munkus, the grand love of his life.
