Modern Day Ruth and Boaz

This weekend I will attend my sister's wedding. She's mid 40s and marrying for the second and what she's described as the last time. She's so excited and she should be. Lord knows she's kissed her share of toads since her divorce in 1999.

She's met fixer uppers, he's not that bad guys, doesn't have a clue guys, better left alone guys, almost what I want guys.....if he was unattached, she's met that kinda guy.

The guy she's to wed was delivered in a package that was quite unpredictable. She's dubbed him as her Boaz and she's his Ruth. If you know the story of Ruth and Boaz, her story is pretty much spot on in modern day.

I love the idea of families growing (not that she'd dare to have a baby but I am gaining a brother in law and my sister will have a mother in law---that's what I mean by families growing). I trust that this will be a grand time as we celebrate with my sister and her Boaz as they take their vows.
